Ceremony Service

• During the rehearsal, advise the bridal party of their duties for the event.
• Make sure that all of the attendants are in order.
• Distribute bouquets and boutonnieres to the bridal party.
• Manage delivery and set-ups of all vendors.
• Distribute final payments to vendors.
• Assure ceremony & reception venues are set-up as directed.

Reception Service

• Manage and oversee set-up of decor.
• Assure tables are set up as requested.
• Act as liaison with caterer to ensure timing of meal service.
• Work in unison with the DJ /Band to ensure a smooth transition of reception activities.
• Oversee that gifts and important items are packed and sent off with your designated person.

This service begins with a two hour meeting to discuss your ideas, style, theme and preferences. This package includes all wedding day and reception services listed in the "Wedding Day Coordination", along with guidance for the following:

• Assist our brides and the brides' attendents with their gown selections and fittings, as well as assist the groomsmen with their tuxedo selections and fittings ensuring nothing left to chance..
• Help you in the selection for your ceremony and reception locations.
• Provide brides with the latest in event themes and styles.
• Arrange all tastings and help with your menu selections with the caterer.
• Attend every important step, and the wedding cake is no exception.
• Contact all vendors, including any rentals. (Chairs, linens, tenting
  lighting, props, etc.)
• Assist you with Photographer/Videographer selection.
• Assist you with your music selection. Helping you to decide type of entertainment.
• Coordinate meetings with designers for decor and floral.
• Planning of bridal shower and pre-wedding parties and activities.
